The Path to Mastery
Some people ask me, "Josh, you run a lot of seminars." This is true, and it all comes back to how seriously you take your personal development. I provide opportunities for people to attend numerous courses and programs because personal development is never a one-time thing—it's an all-the-time commitment.
The Black Belt Mindset
When I was training for my black belt in karate, I would practice my basics day after day after day. I'd think to myself, "I already know this." Yet I could almost hear my instructors' thoughts saying, "Yes, and you'll do it again, and again, and again."
They taught me that "Black belt is where the true training begins," and that "Training is a way of life."
I've applied this same principle to coaching. If you want consistent, extraordinary results, you need to practice the skills, do the drills, and invest in the education that will accelerate your life.
